Detailed Product Description
Automatic bottle blowing machine, bottle blower for 5 gallon polycarbonate bottle, automatic bottle extrusion system.
Mechanical motion controlled by hydraulic system and supervised by long-distance-control computer, running steadily without noise. The heater heated by casting aluminum, temperature controlled by computer.
PLC program control the machine operation swiftly and accurately.
The die head equpiped with parison controller, controlling the wall thickness at several points in axial direction and circumferential direction.
The rotating speed of screw can be adjusted by inverter in a wide range.
The blowing direction is optional, up side down or reverse. It reduces the wasted material to the minimum.
